8/16/2010	Marvin called to inform us that he just learned from his site manager that the lagoon freeboard is less than 2ft. Marvin stated that he had a plan in place to restore the freeboard. He has a neighbor that has 25 acres of alfalfa that is due to be cut next week and also could take manure to another facility. Burke expected to have the freeboard restored in 7-10 days. I provided Mr. Burke the spill hotline number and stated that his plan sounded acceptable and to call if he has any problems.	CARL BERG
