8/6/2010	On 08/06/2010 at ~1310 I contacted Mr. Yoder to discuss the new building. He was informed that I had re-calculated the animal units and reviewed the previous inspections; and based on the numbers it appeared that they were over 500 AU and should have submitted an MMP and construction design statement prior to building. He was informed that I was following up with a letter requiring them to to submit information regarding the production phase and number of animals that could be housed. Mr. Yoder commented that he shouldn't have said three hundred. The plan was to only house 150. Mr. Yoder was informed that animal units were not based on what was actually being housed but the maximum number of animals that could be housed at one time. It was also mentioned that this included building that were not being used unless they met the definition of an abandoned structure. He was informed that the letter was in the review process and that a response was to be submitted by 09/10/2010.	MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
