7/28/2010	Jerome and his wife stopped into FO6 to introduce himself and let us know that he'll be taking over trash compacting duties as of roughly Nov 1, 2010. Jerome also inquired about hauling leachate to the Ottumwa-Midland CCR landfill instead of hauling it up to Iowa City's WWTP. I asked engineers in DNR's Central Office (Solid Waste Section) and they didn't think that'd work. Jerome was informed what their call was.	KURT LEVETZOW
