Please see the enclosed checklists for this facility for the items that are missing. You must submit the additional information within 30 days of the date of this letter.Iowa law also requires that the owner of the confinement feeding operation file a copy of the annual MMP update with the county board of supervisors in the county where the operation is located and in any county where manure will be land applied.
