7/20/2010	As you are aware during a complaint investigation conducted on November 9 2006 it was verified that the concrete manure storage structure at the Pig Haven confinement facility was leaking. After much correspondence it was agreed that final repairs would be completed by October 1 2007. On January 7 2007 I received a letter from your engineer Ivan Droessler of Kuehl and Payer. It appears as if all requirements have been satisfied and that the tank is no longer leaking. In accordance with the improvements made to the tank and the recommendations made by your engineer you may begin normal utilization of the tank.	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
