7/20/2010	During a complaint investigation conducted on November 9 2006 it was verified that the concrete manure storage structure at the Pig Haven confinement facility was leaking. On January 16 2007 I received a copy of the report from your engineer Ivan Droessler Kuehl and Payer.Due to weather constraints not all repairs to the structure were made. It is my understanding that the final repairs will be made this spring. It is anticipated that these repairs will be completed no later than April 1 2007. Additionally until all repairs are made and water samples show that no manure is leaking into the groundwater lowering tile the tile must continue to outlet back into the manure storage structure.
