7/20/2010	During a routine MMP and land application records inspection on September 8 2003 the slurry store was leaking. On October 18 2003 a copy of the engineering evaluation was received detailing measures that were going to be taken to repair the leaking tank. On December 8 2003 Mr. Lichthardt called and stated the repairs had been made. No further action will be taken at this time.	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
