7/16/2010	Rick called asking if rock with tar stuck to it off a building from Monsanto-Williamsburg had to be landfilled or if it could be used on a driveway. I told Rick that if the asbestos testing comes back and is negative, i didn't see why the material couldn't be used in lieu of gravel (since the rock/tar was on the roof and was in contact with rainwater, what's the difference if it's now on the gravel driveway).
