7/12/2010 E-mail to Mr. Goodman re: Randy / Trent, Good afternoon. I am reviewing your response submitted to us on May 24, 2010. Thank you for cleaning up all spilled fertilizer. In your response, you add several additional recommendations and note that you would be willing to meet with me at the facility. The brief explanations provided for your recommendations seem worthy of consideration. It is our experience that anything a facility can do to make cleanup easier is always better. If cleanup is difficult, it often does not get done. Please let me know if you want to meet. I am more than willing to do so. Currently, I am free all of this week and next week as I just returned from vacation and have yet to schedule anything. Keith KEITH WILKEN
