7/2/2010	Rick was asking what we'd require them to do in terms of cleanup if they bought A-1 Imports, and if they'd be held liable for the unpaid fines. i told Rick we'd be thrilled if someone would clean up A-1 and that we'd not make the new owner pay the old fines. We'd ask them to scrape PCS and landfarm, clean up tires and other solid waste and just general clean up. He said they'd be more than happy to do all that sort of cleanup.	KURT LEVETZOW
