6/30/2010	Dubuque County landfill operator. Chad had called on the 28th regarding an accident on 151 resulting in a spill. There were supposed to be 5 tandom loads of contaminated soil coming in to the landfill from the clean up activities. Please inform Chad that this material has not been received to date.	DOUG HAWKER
