6/21/2010	Drove past Henniges on 6/9/10 and observed white opacity coming from the stacks. I emailed Joe later that day. He resonded by submitting an EE report. He's kept in contact with me on what he's found during his investigation. The odor had been bad on the 9th too, worse than i'd ever smelled it.	KURT LEVETZOW
