6/10/2010	Sara called and reported that a landfill contractor hit a leachate line. I told her to make sure the leachte does not flow to the river--to construct a temporary holding basin. I told her to make sure they have a pump to pump the leachate to the leachate holding lagoon. She said they would have it repaired today. She called back at mid-afternoon and reported the line had been repaired and no leachate had reached the river. She said they were pumping leachate from the temporary basin to the lagoon.	BILL GROSS
