5/8/2009	Got a letter from FO 1 regarding MMP submittal for his Elk Ridge Site by Westgate 61860. Didn't understand letter, thought it was telling him he hadn't sumbitted his annual update back in December. Ended up being the letter sent out to all producers announcing that no future 45 day reminder letters will be sent out. This was very confusing for Mr. Anderson. He told me that he figured that not sending out these reminders in the future will end up causing more grief and expenses for both DNR as well as the producers than what the current procedures do.
