5/18/2010	Jeff called to state that they have been having problems with the blower on the main vent header from the fermentation tanks to the CO2 scrubber. The fan is located in a low area in the pipe and condensation will run back to the fan and cause it to trip off. They are proposing to change the pipe configuration and move the blower. This will take about 4 hours. He wanted to know what they needed to do. I advised him to contact this office a couple of days prior to the work with a verbal notification, including emissions estimates and then to follow up with a 7 day letter after the work was complete to update the emissions estimates if necessary.
