5/11/2010 Additionally, I spoke with Lucas Wooge, whom Rembrandt wanted to hire to haul the washwater. He had contacted me on 10 MAY 10 to inquire as to whether they could transfer the water to a hog confinement pit. I relayed the same information as Eric Wiklund provided Greg Kemnitz TRENT LAMBERT
5/11/2010 Wanted to dispose of 2,000 gallons of "wash water" from inside chicken building. Asked if they could have it placed into a manure storage structure of a hog building. I allowed this as a one time exemption. Explained that in the future they may need an MMP for disposal. Greg indicated that they would seek Department input before they do any other "washing".
