4/26/2010	Mark called to ask how my investigation is going and if there is anything new that i'd discovered. As i've told him in the past, there really wasn't anything other than the DNR trying to figure out how to handle the permitting of the emergency concrete containment structure. We decided to require a permit on it. At this time, an NOV isn't being issued, but we reserve the right to issue one later, if the determination is made that a permit was necessary.	KURT LEVETZOW
