4/23/2010	Al called with some questions regarding the water supply. He wanted to know how CEUs earned at AWWA sponsered courses were reported to the DNR. I told him to call Laurie Sharp regarding this. He also wanted to know if he was required to submit MORs for the PWS. I checked the operation permit and told him that at this time he was not required to submit MORs (<25,000 gpd & no treatment). He then had some questions regarding drawdown testing. I discussed how to do the test with him. He said he would call back if he had more questions.	GLENN CARPER
