On line 21 of the table you have different values entered than you do in the smaller table at the bottom. Which ones are correct? The TOC % removal is not correct in the small table. Using the formula below, the removal should be 39.7% and the removal ratio 0.99. Please review, correct and resubmit to me. You also need to submit the Chlorine Dioxide/Chlorite Supplemental Monitoring Page for March since you had the violation.	JANET GASTINEAU
