Brandon Patterson is the acting superintendent. Apparently there were two recent infractions that caused the board to work out the terms of Herman's retirement after 33 years. Brandon is certified as WT3 and WD2, which is compatible with the system's classification. After Steve Squier retired last year they moved distribution under Herman as well. I am meeting with Brandon Tuesday and will find out if that arrangement is to continue. Let me know if you have any questions or comments you would like me to carry down next week.	JANET GASTINEAU
