5/1/2009	Called to report that he forgot to have his manure pit assessed as required in January. We discussed the possibility of discontinuing the use of the pit that has severe cracking. He said he could plumb the rooms that currently drain into the cracked pit into an adjacent pit. I told him that it'd be best for me to revisit the site and assess the condition of the adjacent pit. I told him that I would call him next week to set up a meeting.	JEREMY KLATT
