3/12/2010	Tim called concerning his lagoon. it is rapidly approaching full and he does not want it to overflow. Mostly rain and snow melt, needs to lower it 60-70,000 gallons. He wants to avoid what happened last time. Also asked for an extension on his MMP as farmer could not get all of the soil samples done. MMP deadline was required by the Order and due on March 22.
