3/11/2010 Amber is familiar with the site. Joe asked that Matt send us a work request to go look at the site. This was issued and an onsite visit will take place in the near future. DOUG HAWKER
3/11/2010 Discussed Pro Earth in West Union. They take a lot of paper sludge from International Paper (formally known as Cedar River Paper Company) in Cedar Rapids. Matt had some contractor for International Paper inquire about Pro Earth. They are taking 3-4 loads of paper sludge per day. Matt wanted to know if we were familiar with the site and know what they are doing with the paper sludge. Evidently, Matt couldn't find any SW permits for any sort of composting operation. Wanted to know more information about this facility. DOUG HAWKER
