3/10/2010	Dennis Ostwinkle returned a call to Tony Mertens and I responded with his questions regarding his MMP requirement. I explained that the last forms he submitted was strictly to allow me to process his compliance fee due in 2009 as he submitted it without the proper paperwork. He asked me if I sent him the forms for the MMP P-Index plan. I told him one of the conversations we had he said he had access to internet and I explained he could download them from our web site or he could get them from the local Extension office. He told me he had agreed to submit the P-Index by June 1 and pay $2000. I told him that was not in agreement with my supervisor and that Kelli Book told us she would be sending him a unilateral order for appeal and we would be having a hearing. He said OK and that he would get started on scheduling the soil tests. He said he would call if he had any more questions. I told him that was fine.	JEANNIE GREINER
