4/30/2009	The landfill is in the planning stages of using an alternative daily cover (ADC) from Mason City Recycling. They will be testing the ADC under our supervision. Bill said they plan on testing the ADC for one week, and I told him I would stop out a few times during that week to determine its effectiveness. If the ADC is successful a permit amendment will be required. Bill will contact me before they begin the testing period.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
