3/2/2010	Bill had a question about stack testing the #3 Finish Mill. He stated that there was a 90 day deadline to complete the testing. He said the equipment has been down a lot. He would like to test within the next day or two, but this would not comply with the 15 day notification requirement. I advised him to talk to Mark Stone to see if arrangements could be made.
