2/25/2010	On 2-25-2010, Rebecca Nott e-mailed me a copy of a treatment agreement with the Des Moines wastewater treatment plant for accepting their lagoon water. The treatment agreement is dated 2-25-2010. She followed up the e-mail with a phone call to explain that although the treatment agreement stated up to 10 tanker loads, that the Des Moines facility is willing to accept more, but 10 is what Chamness considered they would be able to haul in a day with their fleet. (A load is 6000 gallons) She also reported that she has ordered 3 pressure transducers for measuring levels in the 3 storm water ponds.	PAUL BRANDT
