2/4/2010	Rick was asking the status of the former site. Indicated it came up for sale and he was wondering their liability for using it as a car lot. Review of the file showed NFA may have been issued in mid-2009. Dan Cook was the lead on this project for DNR's for Contaminated Sites. Suggested Rick contact Dan and ask about the NFA or if anything else was being required.	TERRY JONES
