8/18/2026	Ben is with the facility and called to ask what the notice of violation it was about. I told him that the facility has not met chloride limits consistently. He asked what needed to be done and if that was something the operator Brian Portwood was supposed to have taken care of. I told him Brian has been submitting the reports and collecting data but it is between the facility and him regarding how the issue is corrected. I told him to consult with Brian and possibly an engineer to figure out what adjustments the facility will need to implement to meet limits consistently. I told him he may send an update at any point in time but we do need a plan of action September 15th.	BRIAN LEE
