8/13/2026 Mr. Vermillion called in to notify that the system would be using their interconnection with Sigourney for the day. He also asked what kind of permit changes he could expect if they need to utilize the well for more than 30 days. I informed him there would likely be an increase in sampling frequency for Disinfectant byproducts, Lead & Copper, and adjustments to the Monthly Operating Report. Mr. Vermillion later said well contractors had been on site, and they believe the water table has lowered and there isn't any maintenance that could be done to bring the well production back up to previous levels. He also stated drilling a new well does not appear to be financially feasible. The system is looking to potentially use the CC connection with Sigourney to support the remaining capacity of the wells and would be potentially blending the sources. JACOB FORGIE
