7/29/2026 Received a phone call from Megan/EHS with Waste Connections (owner of Loess Hills). According to Megan , they were notified that a hauler was transporting solid waste from a transfer station in Missouri to the Loess Hills Landfill and the waste was not properly identified as hazardous waste. The hauler was stopped until further information could be obtained. Megan required a copy of the SDS from the hauler to identify the material. Based on her findings, Loess Hills is going to require a special waste authorization for this waste (a type of polyurethane foam 2 part product) for their records. Megan will update FO4 if something changes with this. WENDY WITTROCK
