6/24/2026 Frank Adkins called regarding the NOV they received for missing May bacterial sampling for their water supply. According to Mr. Adkins, they usually use Keystone Labs but due to people being on vacation, they submitted their samples on time to Midwest Labs instead. Midwest Labs didn't send in their sample results to Central Office resulting in the NOV. I told Mr. Adkins to have Midwest Labs submit the results over to the Central Office for their records and discuss with Central Office about the NOV as FO4 doesn't directly handle the NOV issuing process.
