6/11/2026	Brian Portwood, operator, called in to inform us that one pump that remained in the lift station was not working properly. The other pump had been removed and was planned to be reinstalled in the near future. Brian placed a trash pump into the lift station and pumped wastewater to the lagoon that was previously utilized for wastewater treatment. Did not classify this as a bypass since it did not reach a water of the state and the public was not impacted or exposed in any fashion.	BRIAN LEE
