6/1/2026 5/6/2026 1446 Email to Tim Smith regarding TV AQ CE Prep. I had previously sent him information on some of the questions regarding emission points that I came up with during the prep for the TV AQ CE. The email read as follows: No worries Tim. On many of these I figured they are just old construction permits hanging out there and so it will be recommended to rescind all the old construction permits. Regarding the EP-34 and EP-35, that appears to be an issue that was likely an oversight on the part of the construction permit writer. Therefore, I will keep that comment on my AQ-2 for future inspectors to avoid confusion about what is what. A permit rescission can also be done and it may be worth doing that just to clear it up. I would check with the construction permit section to see if any cost for that correction can be waived, as it appears to be a mistake made when writing the permit. We can go through these more when I am out there for the compliance evaluation. I will be out of the office from 5/8 through 5/21 so the earliest I would probably be out there for the compliance evaluation would be the week ending Friday, May 29. The inspections are usually unannounced but if you have some potential sheduling conflicts and it would be better to set a date for the inspection please let me know. Thank you, Jon JON RYK
