5/28/2026 A woman called to report that an I-35 accident near Eagleville , MO was being cleaned up by Southern Iowa Towing. The HyVee truck waste was being hauled to the WRD Landfill. I told her the state cannot regulate interstate commerce so I could not stop it. I told her the landfill can reject it, if they so decide. BILL GROSS
