3/25/2026	On March 20,, Marcia Beeler (515-210-6825) called to ask about laws regarding the appointment of landfill commission members and the need to include the virtual option for landfill commission meetings. I checked with DNR attorneys and told her they did not know of state laws governing either of these issues. I told her to check the 28E agreement bylaws. I told her including the virtual meeting option would not be difficult to do.	BILL GROSS
