3/2/2026	I met with Jim Kaska, CIMCO employee that has been sifting through the spent foundry sand on site. We discussed the efforts to reduce fugitive dust. He asked about the recent NOV for open burning. He explained that he did not burn anything while on HyCast's property. He siad that the new management doesn't venture outside the plant much and that staff from Hycast were disposing of pallets and other waste routinely.
