2/10/2026	Travis called asking about getting a special waste authorization from Bayer seeds. He asked if he needed to fill out the application for or if they did. I told him the generator of the waste fills out the application and it gets approved by the receiving landfill before it gets approved by the department. I let him know he would not need to do anything and that Bayer should work directly with the Landfill of North Iowa and bypass the transfer station that way the waste is getting handled twice and potentially mishandled, leading to problems at the transfer station. He said he would pass that on the Bayer and was happy to not have to take the waste.	MADELYNN AUSTIN
