1/12/2026	Cody (OIC) had questions regarding getting their new well operational and the operating permit updated. He also had questions regarding water use reporting for the well. We discussed the necessary testing for new wells, which he stated had been completed. He also had questions regarding submitting the water use report and I pointed him to the WACOP site.
