12/16/2025	I called Lynn Whaley back. He was trying to contact Kurt regarding Sedore AO from April. In the Legal Order, it discuss that Troy is not to own or operate a solid waste transfer station. Lynn asked if the VB CCC is considered a transfer station, which is correct in waste collection and hauling for residents of VB County. He said that according to the AO then Troy would not be allowed to operate the CCC. I told Lynn to speak with the VB BOS and discuss with the County Atty. This may need to be discussed with DNR Atty and the AG's Office prior to any premature contract cancellation.	RYAN STOUDER
