12/15/2025	Cody Lucero, OIC, called and asked about the sampling location for PFAS. He said that the chain of custody indicated the S/EP was to be sampled but that the instructions made it sound like it should be at a sink because it had information about removing the aerator. I told him that it should be his S/EP. He also asked about reducing manganese sampling. I told him he is on quarterly sampling which is already reduced sampling. I told him to speak with his permit writer if he wished to pursue it further.	JACOB DONAGHY
