11/20/2025	Called and stated the PE CDS and the waiver for the two confinement barns would be submitted shortly. Also, by January 1, 2026, this facility will be empty and there will be no employees at the site. We discussed permit requirements. The options would be to either close the permit after manure controls are cleaned out or continue maintaining the structures under the umbrella of the permit. (Mothballing is only for confinements so they don't have to pay the compliance fee if they don't have animals).	ALISON MANZ
