11/4/2025	Courtney (and later MMS staff Ron Amelon) called to discuss stw permitting (GP1). I told them that if there is no discharge off site to a receiving stream, then no permit is needed. BMPs may be implemented but not required. Historically the site has not discharged stw. If there is a discharge the GP1 would require a SWPPP and BMPs. Courtney will email and I will respond outlining the stw GP1 requirements. Courtney had some compost questions so I directed him to Theresa Stiner.	BRIAN LEE
