11/4/2025	Bill called to ask about DMR reporting and sampling. He asked how to report no flow for the quarter when a stw visual is to be reported. I told him selecting 'no discharge' is appropriate. Regarding sampling at 004, he said the pipe is not easily accessible, but they can access the flow after the control valve. He said no treatment/influent is in place after the valve, so I told him sampling and estimating flow can be done after the valve is opened. I recommended documenting the protocol for the facility.
