10/13/2025 "Good afternoon, Michele, Per our conversation this past Friday, I’m forwarding the attached timeline. As discussed, we experienced an upset in our activated sludge process. The upset has resulted in exceedances of the final effluent CBOD 7-day average concentration and mass limits for the fourth week of September, and an exceedance of the final effluent CBOD monthly average concentration limit for the month of September. The situation has improved, and the activated sludge process is beginning to stabilize. Odor production has decreased, oxygen demand has decreased, sludge settling characteristics have improved, and final effluent CBOD and TSS concentrations are improving.
