8/21/2025	We received notice that H&K purchased the property so I called Harry to remind him that Change of Ownership + MMP is required within 60 days of purchase. Buchanan Co. Assessor page says change of ownership occurred 8/7/25. Wulfekuhl said Chad Ingels is already working on the MMP for him.	BRIAN JERGENSON
