8/19/2025	Alex Butikofer stated he purchased the AFO and some of the land that was in the NMP. He said he plans to start populating the open feedlots and will stay below 1000 hd. We discussed manure storage, handling, and stockpiling requirements. I informed him that any animals he houses across the road at his grandfather's will be counted.	BRIAN JERGENSON
