8/18/2025	Operator Danielle Leslie, from MidAmerican, called to report a spill from a truck hauling 25-tons of dry bottom ash from the south plant to the north plant's monofill (landfill). The truck released about 10-15 gallons of hydraulic fluid and less than a gallon of diesel fuel. A third party company, National Mineral Corporation, was hauling the material. The truck tipped over on the east side of Port Neal Road and Port Neal Circle. No water of the state was impacted or threatened at the time. On-site crew collected the ash via skid loader and excavator, taking the ash to the site's monofill. They removed roughly six inches of top soil and will be replacing on 8/19/25. They will then reseed the ditch with brome grass. Kenne Anderson, Environmental Analyst with MidAmerican, oversaw the cleanup.	DANIEL MORSE
