8/8/2025 Received a call from an anonymous party questioning whether or not the facility reported the anhydrous release from Aug 3 2025. I indicated that they had reported the release. They then asked how much was reported that was released and I told them 214 pounds. They indicated that they thought that was underreported based off of intel they were getting from facility personnel. I stated that the facility did report a correction to the report and that they had done calculations to come up with the amount. I also indicated that the facility does not have a permit on the equipment so there are no state limits and that as far as I could tell, the facility reported correctly. MADELYNN AUSTIN
