8/2/2025 SEP Morgan Low Total Chlorine External Inbox Casey, Nathan 7:50?AM (4 hours ago) to me Janet, We had another low total residual chlorine at the Morgan Drive meter vault late last night to early this morning. The residual came up quickly when flow started going through the meter vault. We’re still unable to locate what is causing this low residual. We’re not having any issues at Bondurant Booster Station, Alleman, or at any of our distribution samples. Bondurant hasn’t reported any issues either. We’ll continue to monitor and flush low residuals as we experience them. Let me know if you have any questions or comments. JANET GASTINEAU
